Help and support

This page explains how to get help using the Holistic Audio Recording Distribution (H.A.R.D.) service. It covers both staff who use the Assessment Provider and DWP portal, and claimants who have been sent a recording of their health assessment.

If you are a member of staff

If you cannot sign in, do not have the right access for your role or lot, or something is not working as expected, contact your local IT service desk in the first instance. They can raise an issue with the service team on your behalf.

For questions about a specific request or recording, follow your organisation’s standard escalation process.

If you are a claimant

If you have received a text message about a recording of your health assessment and need help accessing it, use the contact details in that message, or contact the Assessment Provider that carried out your assessment. Do not share your access link or passcode with anyone.

Reporting a problem

To report an accessibility problem, see the accessibility statement. For questions about how your information is used, see the privacy notice.

If you think there is a security issue

If you believe information has been sent to the wrong person, or you have spotted a security problem, report it immediately to the assessment provider who conducted your Health Assessment. Staff must report it immediately using a SIRT request on DWP Place.
